BARNES, Kennedy Jade Kristen

Passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Central NL Regional Health Care Center, Grand Falls-Windsor, Kennedy Barnes, age 2 years of Lewisporte. She was predeceased by her poppy Herb. She will be forever missed and forever loved by her mommy (Vicki Barnes); daddy (Jeff Pike); big brothers, Noah and Samuel; baby sister, Kelsey; Nanny Irene; Nanny & Poppy Wheeler; Nanny & Poppy Dominix; Nanny & Poppy Porter; 10 caregivers and an enormous circle of family and friends. Pastor Eric Ings and Pastor Brian Brown conducted Funeral Service from the Pentecostal Tabernacle, Lewisporte on Friday, June 14, 2013. Interment was at the Pentecostal Church Cemetery, Stanhope. Pallbearers were her caregivers, Carla Porter, Pam Spurrell, Vanessa Thomson and Carla Ings. Honorary pallbearers were her caregivers, Karen Hopkins, Sylvia Wells, Nicole Moyles, Josephine Mesh, Gail Robinson and Barbara Hutchings. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Family will be gratefully accepted.

FREAKE, Gordon
December 30th, 1921 to June 15th, 2013
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a dear loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother; Gordon Freake, age 91 years at JPMRHC, Gander, NL, June 15th,2013. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are his 5 children Roy, Reginald (Ruth), and Eric (Sylvia), Phyllis (Bart) and Doris (John), brother Don, 2 sisters, Mary LeDrew, Joyce Hardiman, brother-in-law Eric Waterman, sister-in-law Ruby Collins and special niece Ina Coffin, 12 grandchildren, Dwayne, Michael, Eddie, Tracey, Vicki, Matthew, Jessica, Shayne, Kayla, Mark, Lindsay, Cody, 8 great-grandchildren Christopher, Natalie, Jacob, Matthew, Evan, Cora, Cameryn, Riley and many other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his Loving wife Ivy Rita Waterman, son Stanley, parents Obed & Elizabeth, brother Harvey, 4 sisters Ina, Charlotte, Rita and Stella, Step-brother James. Funeral service was held at St. George's Anglican Church, Boyd's Cove June 19th, 2013. The Family would like to relay our deepest gratitude to all relatives, friends, neighbours, colleagues and medical staff for their support during our time of grief following the loss of Gordon, our beloved Father. GUY, Walter
1941 - 2013
passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on June 9, 2013, at the age of 71. Born in Grand Falls-Winsor, Walter was the son of the late Albert and Mary Guy. Walter is survived by his wife Sharon of 10 years and by his children Wally (Deanna) Guy, Robert Guy (Janice McClaren), Freeman Guy (Sheri Johnson), late Dennis Guy, Judy Kelloway (Walter Soo), Derrick (Tammy) Guy, Darrin Guy (Wendy Boil), and Randy Guy (Patricia Hurd), brothers; Albert, Nelson, Eddie and George. Walter will also be missed by his 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his stepdaughter Marlene (Don) Fleetwood and their son Nathan, stepson Randy Geldart (Fiona), his daughters Courtney Sharon and Marissa, and step-great-granddaughter Kaydence. Walter will also be missed by his in-laws and by his many nieces and nephews. Visitation was held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. A celebration of Walter's life was held in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 12 at 2 p.m. The family would like to thank the nursing staff on the 4th floor at the Moncton Hospital for their compassion. A reception will follow in the Garden View Room. Interment will be at the Pentecostal Cemetery in Embree, Newfoundland. Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Tuesday, June 4th, 2013 at the age of 59 years, Rose "Margaret" Martin. Predeceased by her parents Harold and Bridget Butt, brothers Justin, Raymond, sisters Patricia, Madonna Mary. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Leo Martin, daughters Wanda (Glenn) of Fredericton, NL, Terri Lynn (Judy) Howse of St John's, NL, Shelly (Jonathan) Samson of Gander, NL, Stacey (Stephen) Mercer of Mt Pearl, NL, brother Mel (Sis) of Badger, NL, sisters Dene (Jack) Temple of Sunnyside, NL, Mabel (Gerard) Martin of Boyd's Cove, NL, grandchildren Myles, Charmaine, Brady. Also a large number of family and friends, especially her dog Spot. Rested at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Boyd's Cove.
