BENNETT, Frederick (Fred) George
(March 29, 1933 - January 17, 2011)
Passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011 at the North Haven Manor in Lewisporte, Mr. Fred Bennett, age 77 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Caroline; brothers, Ross, Jack, Frank; sister, Olive. Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his nephew, Derek (Tina); great-niece, Catherine and great-nephew, Jonathan. He also leaves to mourn his brothers, Harvey (Marilyn), Glen (Donna); sisters, Wilma (Al), Betty (Dave), Gladys ;sister-in-law, Daisy; brother-in-law, Gus and a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Captains Joshua and Pauline Randell conducted Funeral Services from the Salvation Army Citadel in Lewisporte on Thursday, January 20, 2011. Interment was at the Salvation Army Cemetery. Pallbearers were great-nephew, Jonathan Bennett; nephews, David Bennett, Alex Bennett, Don Bennett, Chris Bennett and brother, Harvey Bennett. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund will be gratefully accepted.
