EISENHAUER, Laura - 77, Moshers Island, Glen Margaret, died Saturday, October 23, 1999, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Rencontre East, Nfld., she was a daughter of the late Phillip and Ida (Baker) Pauls. She was a loving wife and mother. She was an avid gardener who enjoyed many hobbies including reading, sewing, cooking and decorating. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Robert; sons, Robert J.P., Glen and David, all of Glen Haven; brothers, John Pauls, Phil Pauls, both of Spaniards Bay, Nfld.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by son, Wade; sisters, Marie Lasek, Mary Pauls, Harriett Stewart; brothers, Cyril Pauls, Ivan Pauls. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 26 at 11 a.m., in Cruikshank's Funeral Home, Rev. Bill Dye officiating. Reception to follow in the funeral home. Private family burial will take place in William Black Memorial Cemetery.

PENNEY, Emmie W. Thursday, November 11, 1999 Halifax Herald Andover Townsman, MA Emmie W. (Bishop) Penney, 92, of Plaistow, N.H., died Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Lawrence General Hospital. Mrs. Penney was born in Bay Roberts, Newfoundland, Canada, and educated in Newfoundland schools. The former Andover resident was a member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church in Lynnfield and enjoyed knitting, sewing and crocheting.
Members of her family include her daughters, Linda A. Berube of Plaistow and Melva D. Maccioli of Bennington, Vt., and her husband, Joseph Maccioli; sons, George Penney of Zephyr Hills, Fla., and his wife, Verlie Penney, David L. Penney of Gilmanton, N.H., and his wife, Rebecca Penney, and Edward Penney of Derry, N.H.; stepdaughters and their husbands, Ruth and Carl Murray of New Port Richey, Fla., Lorraine and Arthur Neilson of Brooksville, Fla., and Shirley and Harry Opal of Agawam; stepsons and their wives, John C. and Leika Penney of New Port
Richey and the Rev. John S. and Janet Penney of Middleton; brother, Bendix Bishop of St. Johns, Newfoundland; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Penney was widow of John S. Penney. Funeral services were held in New Life Christian Assembly of God Church in Haverhill. Burial was in West Parish Cemetery.
