BATT, Mia Eileen
June 26, 1972 - January 1, 2012
It is with great sadness the family of the late Mia Eileen Batt Nee Gale announce her sudden passing on Sunday January 1, 2012 at Northern Lights Health Centre in Fort McMurray Alberta at the age of 39 years. Mia was predeceased by her father Lorne Gale. Left with fond and precious memories are her loving Husband Clifton of 12 years, Daughter Elizabeth age 13 years, Sons Casey age 11 and Clifton Jr (C.J) age 10. Mother Joan Gale of Port-Aux-Basques, Brother Peter Gale and Wife Alice, Son Joshua of Leduc Alberta. Father and Mother in Law Byron Batt Sr and Elizabeth of Corner Brook NL. Brother in Law Byron Batt Jr and Wife Dorothy and family of Fort McMurray Alberta, Brother in Law Russell Batt and Wife Candace and family of North Battleford SK. Sister in Law Joanne Nilsson and Husband Darcy and Family of Grand Prairie Alberta and a large circle of extended family and friends. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Robert Anderson Funeral Home in Fort McMurray. Funeral Services will be held at Saint Thomas Anglican Church, 195 Signal Road inThickwood, at 11:00am January 6, 2012. Cremation services are in care of The North Side Crematorium of Edmonton Alberta. Family viewing will be 4pm-5pm Thursday January 5, 2012. Public viewing will be from 6pm-9pm Thursday January 5, 2012 In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to a trust fund for The Batt Children

BILLARD, Cyril
November 21, 1933 - January 28, 2012
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Cyril Billard announces his passing on Saturday January 28, 2012 at Western Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 78 years. Born in Margaree, Cyril was the son of the late Peter and Emma Billard. He was also predeceased by his loving wife Audrey (nee Kendell) on August 20, 2007, daughter Jeanette, grandson Michael, granddaughter Rebecca. Sister Olive Northcott, brothers in law; Freeman Northcott, Augustus Walters, sister in law Phyllis Billard. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his children; Roslyn (Perry) Warren Fox Roost, Sharon (John W) Billard, Sandra Billard (Darrell Neil), and April Billard all of Margaree. Son Roger (Beulah) Billard Fort St. John BC. Grandchildren; Junior (Jennifer) Billard Margaree, Desmond Billard (Jody Dixon) Fort St. John BC, Nicholas and Maria Warren Fox Roost, Aaron Neil Sherbrooke NS. Great grandchildren Tanner and Marissa Billard. Sisters; Annie Walters, Ruby (Marvin) Currie, brothers; Henry Billard, Roland Billard, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation took place on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday at St. Augustine's Anglican Church in Margaree. Funeral services took place on Wednesday February 1st , 2 PM at St. Augustine's Anglican Church, officiated by Rev. Duncan Granter. Interment followed at St. Augustine's Anglican Cemetery. LeRICHE, Donald Lester

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Donald L. LeRiche announce his passing on Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Charles LeGrow Health Care Centre at the age of 68 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Shirley (nee Ashford) of 45 years; daughter Donna (Chuck), Oregan's; sons: Dion (Connie, Port Aux Basques and John (Shavonne), Neil's Harbour; brother Jim, Port Aux Basques; sisters: Lorena (Charles), Port Aux Basques and Rose (Owen), St. John's; sisters-in-law: Kay, Port Aux Basques, Ruby (Brian), Burgeo, Judy-Ann (Timmy) P.E.I. and Viola, Rose Blanche; brothers-in-law: Ross (Monica), Dave and John all of P.E.I.; grandchildren: Santana, Chantelle, Helen, Charlene and Devon; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Amanda, mother Myrtle (nee Anderson), father John LeRiche, father-in-law Henry Ashford, mother-in-law Mary (nee Parsons), brothers Wilson LeRiche and John LeRiche, sisters Elizabeth Green and Dorothy Anderson, sisters-in-law Isabell LeRiche and Elise Brake, brothers-in-law Morgan Anderson and Raymond Ashford. Visitation was held at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port Aux Basques on Saturday from the hours of 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A private funeral service was held with interment at St. James' Anglican Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port Aux Basques. The family guest book may be signed by visiting www.fillatre.ca
