Dorothy Ellen (Hilliard)

She also spent countless hours serving her community, caring for the poor, visiting the sick, encouraging persons who found themselves in prison or discouraged by life's challenges. She believed her service to God was an "In as much" service, as she looked to each person as being Gods' own child. Dorothy loved the simple pleasures of life whether travelling, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family and friends or doing her best to win a fun-filled game. Dorothy loved spending time with her family and particularly her grandchildren and great grandchildren as occasion would allow. (Nadia, Sarah, Amanda, Meghan, Lori, Aleisha, Joshua, Danielle, Daniel, Jamelia, Ryan and Emily). Dorothy is survived by her five children Lawrence (Mary), Diane (Harry), James (Darlene), Connie (Bond), Sandra (John) and predeceased by her parents, son David and brother George. She also leaves to mourn brother Robert (Bernice) and Charlie (Francis) with her sisters Elizabeth, Gertie (Joseph), Margaret and many nieces and nephews.
