It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Emily Allen announce her passing at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Center on Wednesday, November 13, 2002 in her 94^th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories two daughters: Carrie Coffin (Clifford), and Rowena Francis; seven sons: Archie (Sylvia), Cecil (Dorothy), James (Florence), Edward (Evelyn), Robert (Hope), Donald (Valerie) and Keith (Shirley); 33 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren as well as a circle of relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband, Lewellyn, 1964. Bridget Mary Aucoin of South Branch passed away peacefully at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on Monday, October 14, 2002 at the age of 64 years. Bridget was the daughter of the late Elizabeth and William Aucoin. On March 27, 2000 she was predeceased by her husband, Hector. On December 22, 2002 a tragic accident, in Dartmouth, NS, claimed the life of Christa Ball along with her fiancé, Godfrey Keeping and his mother, Florence Keeping. Lewis Clifford Battiste of Port aux Basques, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on Sunday, November 17, 2002 at the age of 61 years. Born at Port aux Basques he was the son of the late Thomas and Jane Battiste. For many years Lewis worked for Sheaves Plumbing until he joined Irving retiring in 1992. Lewis was an active participant with the volunteer Fire Brigade and did so with great pride. Victor Nathan Lomond of Grand Bay West, passed away at the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on Tuesday, March 5, 2002, at the age of 55 years. Born in Grand Bay he was the son of Melinda and the late Isaac Lomond. Victor was employed with Marine Atlantic for 37 years, he was also well known for his love of farm animals in which he devoted much of his time as a hobby. Victor will be sadly missed by his loving wife Shirley (Wall) of 31 years; their sons Danny and his daughter Kaitlin of Fredericton, N.B., Perry (Tanya) and daugher Aimee of Isle aux Morts and Julian of Grand Prairie, Alb., mother Melinda Lomond and grandmother Esther Lomond; brothers and sisters Ronnie (Elizabeth), Jordan (Kay), Johnny (Daphney), Cecil, Duane (Elizabeth), Dorothy (Bob) Wells, Margie Gaulton (Stuart Kettle), Marilyn (Claude) Francis, Lavina (David) Battiste, Joyce (Kevin) Kettle, Rhoda (Derek) Lomond, close friend Gordon Matthews and a large circle of brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Born in St. John's, NF, Edgar was the son of the late Walter S. Moore and Effie Morton Moore. He was predeceased by brothers, Reginald and William. Edgar was the husband of the late Anne Mary (Nolan) Moore of Corner Brook, NF. Edgar is lovingly remembered by daughters, Yvonne Moore, Halifax, N.S., Patricia (Jerome) Tapp, Burlington, Ont.; Margaret (Peggy) (Lloyd) Savery, Borden Ont. and sons: William English (Patricia Hagan), Cornwall, P.E.I., Edgar Lloyd (Bernadette Callahan), Oromocto, NB; grandchildren: Christopher, Brittany, Mathew, Braelyn, McKenna, Joshua, David, Christina and Edward; special niece, Jeanette Boutcher; and special nephew and friend, Stephen Rowsell as well as many nieces, nephews, special in-laws and a large circle of friends.
