BERESFORD, Daniel
Passed away peacefully at the A. M. Guy Memorial Health Centre, Buchans on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, Daniel Beresford, age 71. Predeceased by his parents Daniel and Mary Ellen (Dwyer) Beresford, brothers Stephen and Brian. Left to mourn with loving memories are his brothers Thomas (Mary), Kevin (Annie) of Kelligrews, Edward (June) of Mount Pearl, sister Margaret (Joseph) Moore of Mount Pearl, sister-in-law Margaret, nephews Paul, James (Nadine), Michael, John (Robyn), nieces Sarah (Robert) Sparkes, Bobbie Joe Chaulk, Michelle Chaulk, Christine (Roy), Karen (Scott), Maria Kelly, Mary (Maurice) Osbourne, Laura (Brett) Pilgram, grand nephews Michael, Matthew, Thomas, grand nieces Josephine, Beth, Lucy, Julie, Laura, Avalon and a large circle of relatives and friends. Rested at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, Buchans on Thursday, November 13th. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, November 14th at 11:00 AM. Interment followed at the Buchans Community Cemetery. Donations in Danny's memory may be made to St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church. The family would like to thank the staff of A. M. CARTER, Donald
Passed away peacefully at his residence in Buchans on Sunday, November 23rd, 2014, Donald Carter, age 80. Predeceased by his parents Albert William and Maria-Jane (Dolly), wife Shirley, brother Winston and sister-in-law Florence. Left to mourn with loving memories are his partner Maud Flight, sons Brad (Sandra) of Whitby, ON, Carl (Wanda) of Duncan, BC; daughters Paula Penney (Herb) of Winnipeg, MB; Brenda of Springdale, brothers Cyril (Flo), Augustus (Laura), Barry (Joan), sisters Yvonne Hemeon (Joe), Olive Patey (Art), Ula Turner (Bill), Faith Champion (Gerald), sister-in-law Doreen Carter, grandchildren Vickie, David, Brandon, Donald, Jacquelyn, great-grandchildren Regan and Marley. Dearly missed by friends Keith Courage, Graham Flight, Tony Roberts, Ron Locke, Roland Flight, Tracy and Rob Christenson and a large circle of relatives and friends. Rested at St. John the Divine Anglican Church, Buchans on Tuesday, November 25th . Funeral service, Wednesday, November 26th at 11:00 A.M. Interment followed at the Buchans Community Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. Donations in Don's memory may be made to St. John the Divine Anglican Church. Arrangements entrusted through Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander.
