Boyd, Noel Stanley Walter
(March 11, 1961 - December 7, 2004)

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden death of Noel, loving husband, father, brother & uncle on December 7, 2004 at the age of 43 of natural causes. He is survived by his loving wife Stephanie, his daughters Brandie & Hayley, son Desmond. His mother Jean Boyd, brothers Harry (Dianne) Chappell, Dennis (Stacey), Mark (Barb), Sister Paulette (Dennis) Hapgood. Nephews Tony, Sheridan & Dylan Chappell, Trevor, Kyle, and Mackenzie Boyd, Jeffrey & Justin Hapgood Adam, Bradley & Brian Hancock, Terence Butt. Nieces Tess Chappell, Sabrina, Brenlee, & Ashley Boyd. His in-laws Edgar & Kate Hancock, Dennis Hancock, Diane (Glenn) Butt, Denise White, Kay Hancock, Sheila Smith & Barb Seaward (mother of Brandie Boyd).
Noel was born March 11, 1961 in, Corner Brook, NL. and resided mostly in Stephenville until he moved to Ft. McMurray in 1979. He was a longtime employee of Syncrude Canada Ltd. Noel will always be remembered as the ultimate family man and his life long love of the outdoors, camping, quading, hunting and fishing, always included his family.
Noel was predeceased by his father Elmore (1992) his brother Terry (2003), brother-in-law Wayne Hancock (1999). In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salvation Army Church Christmas Appeal.Viewing will be held from 7-9pm, Saturday, December 11, 2004 at Fort McMurray Memorial Chapel. Service will be held on Sunday, Dec 12 @ 2:00 p.m. @ the Salvation Army Church on 125 Elmore Drive. Interment Burial will take place at the Abasand Cemetery.
