Dominy, Harry (with picture)
Happy 90^th Birthday Born in Greenspond on September 25^th, 1916. Harry sailed with his father Capt. John Dominy before serving the war effort as a Merchant Mariner, subsequently spending 4 years in a German POW Camp. He settled in New York post war, married Jean Blackmore of St. John's and eventually moved to Florida in 1967 where he still lives in the house he built. Harry is hale and hearty still driving his car and is affectionately remembered by his children, grandchildren, nephews and nieces and a host of relatives and friends.

Happy 94^th Birthday Beatrice was born in Middle Brook, Gambo, NL in 1913 and spent her married life in Grand Falls. She now resides in Carp, ON with her daughter Theresa. Beatrice is an avid reader of Downhome and as she says "it's her way of keeping touch with her roots since she moved to the mainland". Best wishes from her 7 sons, 1 daughter and all her grand and great-grandchildren.
