CLARKE, Gerald Sr. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, May 13, 2010, GeraJd Clarke Sr. of Victoria. age 74 years. Predeceased by parents: Isaac and Mary Ann; mother and father-in-law: Leonard and Myrtle Snow; brothers: Leonard (Ollie), Hansen and Roland; sisters: Adeline (Solomon) Legrow, Gladys and Dora (Jacob) Newell; sisters-in-law: Annie and Jean Clarke; brother-in-law: Robert Hennessey. Left to mourn, wife: Lillian; two sons: Gerald S. Jr. (Renee), Victoria and K Trent (Doreen), Greenwood. NS; one daughter: Tania (Christopher) Jacobs, Victoria; seven grandchildren: Christina, Melissa, Rebekah, Sarah, Christian, Colby and Daniel; three brothers: David, Desmond and Melvin (Viola), all ofVictoria; sisters-in-law: Edna Boucher, NB, Darlene Hennessey and Evelyn (Bob) Hoskinson, both of Victoria; brothers-in-law: Thomas (Florence) Snow, Victoria, Leonard (Gertie) Snow, Wabush; best friend: Winston Bess, Victoria; also a large number of extended family and friends. DAVIS, Evelyn W. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, Evelyn W. Davis of Harbour Grace, age 83 years. Predeceaced by husband: Otto and brother: Walter. Left to mourn, two brothers: Edward (Carrie) Spurrell and George (Ethel) Spurrell, both of Harbour Grace South; four sisters: Effie Vokey and Doris Vokey, both of Spaniard's Bay, Hazel Warren, Chapel Arm and Betty Slade, Salmon Cove; sister-in-law: Shirley Spurrell, Harbour Grace South; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
