on Wednesday, May 24, 2006, Edith Anthony, aged 90 years, of Clarke's Beach
(formerly of North River). Predeceased by husband: Albert Maxwell; son: Carl;
brother: James; sisters: Lillian (Phil) Grouchy, Rose (Jack) Snow, Marcella
(Harold) Puddister. Leaving to mourn 6 sons: Winston (Elizabeth), Nath (Patricia),

Clarke's Beach on Saturday, May 27, 2006. Interment was at Pentecostal Cemetery,

May 18, 2006, Robert J. "Bobby" Cuza Jr. of Strathmore,

Hudson of Adam's Cove,
age 93 years. Predeceased by husband: Herbert 1988; four brothers and five

Karl (Charmaine) Hudson, Victoria, Arlene (Richard) Parsons, Ochre Pit Cove

PENNEY, Eric William - Born October 1, 1930, Eric died unexpectedly on May
3, 2006. He is survived by his loving supportive wife of 48 years Esther Lillian.
He will be remembered by his son Bill (Joan), St. Catharines, daughter Barbara
Jean (Bill) Campisano, Niagara Falls, daughter Carole Margaret (Stewart) Devlin,
Cochrane, Alberta. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Helen (Eric) Churchill,
NL, Doris, Halifax NS and brothers Harold (Bonnie) NL and Frank (Maureen).
Eric was predeceased by his son Eric and daughter Cindy and also by his sister
Jean and brother Silas and by his grandson Stewart Devlin Jr. Eric leaves behind
many nieces and nephews, as well as 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Eric was a proud General Motors employee for over 30 years. He also spent his
early years working on the lake ships. He served in the Korean War and Merchant
Marines. Private family service took place to celebrate Eric's life. Arrangements
