ANDREWS, Mr. Roy G. - On July 24, 2009 our father passed away peacefully at his home in Coley's Point surrounded by his children. We wish to express our sincere thank you to Dr. R. Humber, Dr. G. Duffy and Dr. B. Barrett. Most sincere thanks to his two caregivers Susan Rickets and Sue Rose. Viola - Passed peacefully away at her late residence, Coley's Point on Thursday, July 9, 2009, Mrs. L. Viola Colbourne of Coley's Point, aged 75 years. Reverend Calvin Ginn conducted the Funeral Service on Sunday, July 12 at 3 p.m. from St. Matthew's United Church, Lewisporte. Interment in the St. Matthew's United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte. Pallbearers were: Jeff Russell, Kevin Russell, Les Branton, Ewin French, David Dowswell and Eric Colbourne. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. may be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association. EARLE, John Sr. - Passed away at the Carbonear General Hospital on July 15, 2009, age 90 years. Predeceased by parents: Albert and Jessie Earle; sister: Annie Mutrey; brothers: Clarence and James; son-in-law: William C. Stone; brothers-in-law: Gerald Thomey and Sam Mutrey; sister-in-law: Hazel Earle. MANNING, Edward J. - Passed peacefully away at his daughter's residence on Friday, July 3, 2009. Edward J. Manning, of Moncton, NB and formerly of Carbonear, NL, aged 81 years. Born in Harbour Grace, NL, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anne (Ryan) Manning. Edward was a retired accountant. He attended St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church in Moncton and St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Carbonear. Edward was an avid reader, enjoyed reading and studying history, genealogy, working with his computer, but first and foremost was quality time spent with his family. Edward will be sadly missed by his children: Jo-Ann Manning, Moncton, NB, Brenda Manning, London, ON, Brian Manning (Christine), Carbonear, NL; grandchildren: Erin, Maureen, Marc, Jayne; great-granddaughter: Olivia; brother: Gerard (Daphne), Labrador City; several nieces and nephews.
