CARAVAN, Mrs. Emmie Olive Marie - Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at the Carbonear General Hospital, Mrs. Emmie Olive Marie Caravan of Clarke's Beach, NL. Predeceased by daughters: Marie, Bernice and one son. Leaving to mourn husband Raymond Caravan; four sons: Carl (Martina), Clarke's Beach, Raymond (Kimberley-Anne) Coral Harbourm Nunavut, David (Sharon), Clarke's Beach, Garry (Tina), Carbonear; one daughter Emmie, Clarke's Beach; six sisters and one brother: Gladys Curnew (Gerald - Predeceased), Dona Piercey (Raymond), Lorna Bussey (Clifford), Doris Marshall (Moran), Judy Mugford (Nelson), Sylvia Kavanagh (Leo - Predeceased), Albert Snow (Paula); twenty three nieces and nephews; as well as a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Moore's Funeral Home, Clarke's Beach. Service commenced at the United Church, Clarke's Beach at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 6, 2006.

CHURCHILL,  Mildred - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, January 1, 2006, Mildred Churchill of Carbonear, age 97 years. Predeceased by parents: Bartlett and Hannah; brothers: Grant and Samuel (Mae); special friends: Ronald W. Earle and Dr. Hunter W. Earle. Leaving to mourn: special cousin and life long friend Jessie Earle and her children: Ada (Jim) Penney and family, Carbonear, Gary (Elizabeth) Earle and family; Mount Pearl and Janice (George) Penney and family, Carbonear; nephews: Donald (Flora) Churchill, Robert (Winnifred) Churchill, Richard (Lorraine) Churchill and Lloyd Churchill; nieces: Eleanor (Joe) McMurrer, Elizabeth (Daniel) Sheehan, Diane Maria and Jean Smith; special cousins: Marcella Swain, Lila Rose, Ted Churchill, Beatrice Ash and Thelma Trainor; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rev. Stephen Matthews conducted the funeral service on Wednesday, January 4 at Bethany United Church, Carbonear Interment took place in the Park Avenue United Cemetery; Carbonear South. EARLE, Lisa Patricia Edith - Passed away suddenly at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, January 5,2006, Lisa Patricia Edith Earle of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 38 years. Predeceased by grandfather Thomas Cleary; grandmother Edith Earle; aunt Linda Pike. Cherished and remembered forever by mother Linda, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; father Dave, Winnipeg, MB; brothers: Stephen, Riverhead, Harbour Grace and David (Gail) and their daughter Adailia, Harbour Grace; grandmother Patricia Cleary and great aunt Julie Edwards, both of Riverhead, Harbour Grace; aunts and uncles: Patricia Cleary, St.John's, Judy (Manuel) Pardy, Cartwright, Phyllis (Luke) Reynolds, Michelle (Steve) Haire, all of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, Ron (Brenda) Cleary, Deer Park, Kevin Cleary (Carol Ann), Riverhead, Harbour Grace, Thomas Cleary (Gladys), Kamloops, BC, Donald (Tina) Cleary, Ottawa, ON, Scott (Deanne) Cleary, Riverhead, Harbour Grace, Cynthia Earle (Brian), Carbonear, Alvin Earle (Abe), Toronto, ON and Eddie (Cathy) Earle, Appleton; special friends: Wanda Burton, Alicia Guilfoyle, Jens Havmand and Special Olympians; also a large number of other relatives and friends.Fr, J. NOEL, Ralph W. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, January 3, 2006, Ralph W. Noel of Freshwater, Carbonear, age 77 years. Predeceased by parents: Harold and Marion; brothers: Albert and Marcus. Left to mourn, wife Dorothy; two daughters: Lenore (Kenneth) Snow, Freshwater, Carbonear and Susann (Bruce) Parsons, Victoria; one son Ronald (Mabel), Gander; four grandchildren: Dale (Lori), Shannon, Christopher and Kayla; one great-grandson Xander; one sister Hazel Rose, St. John's; sisters-in-law: Rhoda Chipman, Comer Brook, Julia Bussey, St. John's and Pauline Lynch, Toronto, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rev. Jesse Bown conducted the funeral service on Thursday, January 5 at the United Church and Cemetery, Freshwater, Carbonear.
