FOWLER, Dominic - Passed peacefully away at Carbonear Hospital in the presence of his loving family, Dominic Fowler of Makinsons, age 89 years. Retired worker of the Dept. of Transportation, Bay Roberts Division. Dominic was predeceased by infant children: Dominic, George, Sarah and Bridget; grandsons: Gerald and Jerome; sons-in-law: Sam Bussey; Jim Lane and Ed Power. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 68 years Pearl; six sons: Dan (Livey), Jim (Mary), Tom (Sue), Frank (Bernice), Cyril (Tina), Len (Elaine); seven daughters: Kathleen Lane (Mose), Rowena Bussey; Audrey(Mike) Scott, Emmie (Doug) Smith; Madeline, Carmel (Kevin) Lane, Judy (Eric) Morgan; 39 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends, especially the residents and staff of Collingwood Downs at Clarke's Beach whom he considered his extended family.
