Randolph (Randy) N.Antle - 1964-2012
. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of a loving husband, caring father, and proud Papa, son, and brother. Randy, passed away suddenly on Sunday August 12, 2012 at The Moncton City Hospital at the age of 48. Randy was a devoted family man who had a contagious smile and a great sense of humor. Randy will be forever in the heart of his loving wife, Laura (Lightfoot), daughters; Victoria and Tiffany, and granddaughter, Audrina. Born in Carbonear, NL, he was the son of Pauline (Boyd) and the late Sidney Antle. Brother to Corina White, Cindy Homes, Howard, Wylie (Prudence), and Dean Antle. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by two sisters; Marilyn Parsons and Rhoda Cole. Randy will also be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and co-workers. Randy was a dedicated hard worker, who was employed as a mechanic at Seaboard Transport Group at the time of his passing. A service celebrating Randy's life took place on August 16 from Cobb's Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, Rev. Steve Berube officiated. Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, August 23, 2012, Annie G. Garland of Carbonear, age 82 years. Predeceased by infant daughter: Jocelyn; parents: John and Gertrude Pelley; granddaughter: April; brothers: Silas, Malcolm, William, Edward, Frank and Arthur; sisters: Florence, Rose and Sophie. Left to mourn, husband: Clifford; two daughters: Judy (Calvin) Peddle, Spaniard's Bay and Mae (John) Thistle, Carbonear; one son: Bruce (Jean), Carbonear; four grandchildren: Terri, Joe, Vanessa (Terry) and Sheldon (Michelle); two great-grandchildren: Claire and Samantha; one sister: Jean Clarke, Carbonear; special friends: Violet Rossiter and Edna Moore, both of Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. At Annie's request cremation has taken place. Rev. Mark Janes conducted a private family service was held at Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. LUFFMAN, Raymond
Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, August 19, 2012, Raymond Luffman of Harbour Grace, age 62 years. Predeceased by parents: William and Gladys Luffman; second mother: Edith Hunt; brother: Michael Hunt; aunts and uncles. Left to mourn, wife: Joan; two daughters: Gail (Edward) Bernier, Whitehorse, Yukon and Robyn (David Kelloway), Alberta; one son: William 'Bill', Harbour Grace; three grandchildren: Jarrett, Katina and Mason; second father: William Hunt, Harbour Grace; one brother: Brooks (Doris), Harbour Grace; two sisters: Janet (Walter) Neil and Gail (Morris) Chafe, both of Harbour Grace; also a large number of nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law and other relatives and friends. Dearly loved and missed by all. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, August 22 from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace.
