VOKEY, Rosella - Passed peacefully away after a lengthy illness at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Friday, April 10, 1998, Rosella Vokey of Spaniard's Bay, age 77 years. Left to mourn, with fond and loving memories, her husband Robert G.; two sons: Gordon (Barbara), Spaniard's Bay and Raymond, Bay Roberts; two daughters: Ann (Harold) Crane and Marilyn Moulton, both of Spaniard's Bay; sister Phoebe (Leslie) Adams, Upper Island Cove; three brothers: William (Enid) Young, Upper Island Cove, Ralph Young, Hamilton, Ontario and Gordon (Alice) Young, Marystown; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Rested at Young's Funeral Home, Spaniard's Bay. Rev. Iliffe Sheppard conducted the funeral service on Monday, April 13 at Holy Redeemer Anglican Church and Cemetery, Spaniard's Bay. Funeral arrangements were by Young's Funeral Home, Spaniard's Bay. Pall bearers were Scott Vokey, Dennis Moulton, Stephen Tucker, David Moore, Leland Adams and Gregory Young.
