KEILEY, Ethel - Died peacefully on March 5th, 1994, in the presence of her loving family, Ethel (nee Brennock) in her ninety-fourth year. Predeceased by her daughter Margaret and sister (Sister Mary Leonards). Left to cherish her memory are Larry, her husbandof sixty-seven years; four daughters: Regina (Sister Patricia), South Africa, Agnes (Chafe), Jean (Pat Heffernan), Myna (Desmond Mullrooney); two sons: Peter (Mary), Larry (Mary); one son-in-law Gordon Breen; twenty-seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; a special nephew Leonard Stack, Paris, Tennessee; also a circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by her son Brian (1946) and grandson Corey (1978). Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her husband William (Uncle Bill); four sons: William (Joan) of Gander; Myles (Linda) of Paradise; Mike (Denise) of Gander; and Robert (Judy) of Gander; one daughter: Brenda (Ross) Bull of Eastport; two sisters: Mary Littleohn of Harbour Grace and Eleanor (Bernard) Collins of Harbour Grace; nine grandchildren: Jeff, Shannon, Kelly, Mark, Peter, Andrea, Christopher, Melissa and Christa. KENNEDY, M. Dominic - Co-founder and owner of J.M. Kennedy Painting Contractors, of Dorchester, died Friday, February 2,1996 of a heart attack in his home in Dorchester. He was 77. Born in Avondale, Newfoundland, Mr. Kennedy emigrated as a young man, settling in Dorchester in 1939. With his brother Jack, Mr. Kennedy formed the J.M. Kennedy Painting Contractors in 1939. He became co-owner in 1976. He retired from the company in 1983. Mr Kennedy was a 4th degree member of the Columbus Council Knights of Columbus of Dorchester. In addition, he was a 40-year member of Painter D.C.35 and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He leaves his wife, Evelyn J. (Kavanagh); five daughters: Theresa Crowley of Lynnfield, Caryl of Weymouth, Joan M., Mary C. and Elizabeth A. Kennedy-Papay, all of Dorchester; three sisters: Theresa Fitzgerald, Sister Mary Kevin and Mary Butler, all of Newfoundland; and many nieces and nephews. Maude was married September 21st, 1930 to John Kennedy and he predeceased her here in 1984. She also loved to keep in touch with her family and friends through her letters and readings, a lifetime enjoyment. Member of the Holy Family Parish on Rosslyn road. Survived by sons: Lewellyn Kennedy and his wife Helga, Gerald Kennedy and his wife Suzie, both of Vancouver; son David Kennedy and his wife Cynthia of Nfld.; daughters: Mrs. Joan Chase and her husband Howard of Rhode Island, Mrs. Marjorie Brandt and her husband Wayne of Virginia, Anita Veitch (Merrill) of Nfld., Mrs. Elizabeth Yeo and her husband Edgar of Toronto, Mrs. Marilyn Cuming and her husband James of Thunder Bay; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives also survive. KEOUGH, Francis J. - Age 89 of Salinas, California, formerly of Sidney, Nova Scotia. Passed peacefully away following a lengthy illness on December 13th, 1989 at Driftwood Convalescent Hospital. Before his retirement, Mr. Keough was a Sacriston in the Catholic Church for 12 years. Survived by friend Imogene Shepherd of Salinas. Rested at Healey Mortuary. KEOUGH, Kevin - It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kevin Keough announces his passing at the Western Memorial Hospital on Jan. 26, 1996 in his 66th year. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary (nee Meaney); seven daughters: Catherine House of Corner Brook, Peggy Angus (Jim), Cynthia Keough, all residing Dartmouth, N.S., Marilyn Nassim (Nabil) of Halifax, N.S., Jocelyn Keough, and Marie Keough, both residing at London, Ont., Sandra Quaia (Robert) of Ottawa, Ont.; four sons: Gerald of Kitchener, Ont., Kevin Jr., James (Connie), all residing in Corner Brook, Adrian Keough of Vancouver, B.C.; 12 grandchildren; five sisters: Sister Adrianne Keough of St. John's, Catherine Sullivan (Harold), Marie Sullivan (Martin), all residing at Calvert, Elsie Power (Jim), Brigus South, Anna Condon (Pat), residing at Goulds; two brothers: Jim (Anna) of St. John's, and Aiden at Calvert. He will be also missed by a large circle of other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his son Randy in 1974. The funeral service will take place on Monday at 10:30 a.m. from the Most Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church on Bernard Ave., Corner Brook, continued to the receiving vault at Mount Patricia Cemetery. KEOUGH, Shirley Marie - 67, Halifax, N.S., died Oct. 8, 1993 at the Halifax Infirmary. Born in St. John's, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Jennie (Andrews) Snow. An avid skater, she was a member of the Dartmouth Sportsplex Skating Club for many years. She was an employee of Sears, retiring in 1982. She leaves to mourn two sons: Gary and Brian at Dartmouth; five daughters: Joanne (Mrs. Thomas Parsons) at Halifax, Terri-Lee (Mrs. Scott Arsenault) at Lower Sackville; Heather at Kentville; Michelle (Mrs. Kirk Bland) at Dartmouth; Danielle at home; 13 grandchildren; two brothers, Cecil at Langdon, Ont., and Alan at Halifax; two sisters: Yvonne (Mrs. Gerald Forrest) and Katherine (Mrs. Allen Bryden) at Halifax; former husband, Austin Keough at St. John's. She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur. She is resting at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, Halifax. Funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12 at St. Mary's Basilica, Halifax, Rev. Msgr. A.M.
