We watched you suffer, we heard you sigh,
And all we could do was just stand by.
For when the time came, we suffered too
For you never deserved what you went through.
God took your hand and we had to part,
He eased your pain but He broke our hearts.
Although we smile and seem carefree,
Nobody will miss you more than we. - HEIMAN-STANLEY, AGNES VERNA (nee Heiman) 17 November 1996
