Leaving to mourn her husband Timothy Sr.; three daughters: Elizabeth, Mrs. Valentine Morrisey, Margaret, Mrs. Peter Mooney, both of Labrador City, Mrs. Maureen Stamp, St. John's; two sons: Timothy Jr. and wife Rosemary, Labrador City, Brian and wife Patricia, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; sixteen grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Rose Carroll, New York, U.S.A., Mrs. Christine Cuin, Toronto, Ont.; also a number of other relatives and friends. Margie McLean's notes: her father, my grandfather, was William Taplin who was born and lived in Holyrood, CB., not Lark Harbour. He was working in Lark Harbour for a short period of time. To the best of my knowledge Taplins in NL originated in Holyrood descended from an English soldier. My grandmother's name was Elizabeth (Fardy) Fleming, not Mary. Mary was my father's stepmother. His mother Elizabeth died when he was eleven in 1926.

Her brother John "Jack" Taplin married her husband's sister Constance "Connie" Fleming.
