ALLEN, Alfred (Tacker) - Of Northumberland, England, formerly of St. John's, Nfld, passed away peacefully on March 25, 1991 at the age of 70 years. Former member of the 17th Draft Royal Navy. Leaving to mourn his son Raymond and wife Carol; daughter Lynn and husband Gerry Maughan, all of England; three grandchildren; two brothers: Tom of St. John's and Bill of Vancouver; four step-sisters: four step-brothers and a large circle of family and friends who will miss him dearly in St. John's. ANTLE, Pauline - Passed peacefully away in the comfort of the Palliative Care Unit of St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on July 13, 1992, Pauline Antle, age 63 years. Leaving to mourn with fond memories are one sister Sheila Donahue and husband Tom of St. John's; four brothers: Edward of St. John's, Verner and wife Myrtle of Harbour Grace, Clayton and wife Carmel of Mortier, Felix and wife Adalide of St. John's; also six nieces and seven nephews, seven great-nieces and six great-nephews; two aunts: Mrs. Mary Smith of Long Island, NY and Mrs. Mary Antle of Burin. Remains resting at Burin on July 15 and 16. Funeral mass will be held at the R.C.
