She is survived by her children, Charles, Margaret, Alvin, Claudine, Linda, William, Regina, Ricky, Myra, Donald, Melita, Wayne and Gary. She has 26 grandchildren amd several great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by, husband, Leslie Colson; son, Michael; daughter, Marie, as well as brothers, William and Donald Pieroway.

She worked many years as a dietary aid at Spring Garden Villa and Breton Bay Nursing Home & General Instruments in Sydney. She was a loving mother, daughter and friend to all who knew her. She loved to go for long drives and meet new friends and have yard sales. She will be sadly missed by her dear friend Margie MacPherson and her special son-in-law Ernest Hall.
