RUSSELL, Mrs. Martha, 90

Mrs. Martha Jane Russell
of 3648 Lynch Street, Halifax, died in her home Tuesday at the age of 90. Born in Burgeo, Newfoundland, she came to Halifax in 1917. Her husband, Charles, predeceased her 21 years ago. Mrs. Russell is survived by two sons, Albert and Edward, at home; two daughters, Josephine (Mrs. Cecil Smith), Toronto, and Theresa (Mrs. Albert Christensen), Sarnia, also a step-daughter, Mrs. Sadie Morris, Halifax; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The body is at Snow's Funeral Home, Argyle Street. Funeral service will take place Thursday at 2 p.m. from St. Paul's Church. Interment will be in Camp Hill Cemetery.
NOTE: {Albert, Edward, Josephine, Theresa were the children of James Messervey, a previous marriage}
