It is with great sadness that the family of the late DONNA BANFIELD of Creston South announces her passing at the Health Science Centre in St. John's, on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the age of 52. It is with great sadness the family of Clyde C. Brown of Burin Bay Arm announces his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on October 24, 2013 at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn wife Sylvia; sons Randy of Burin Bay Arm and Gary (Debbie) of BC; daughters Jean Ceaser (Bill) of Yukon and Elaine Goyette (Jeff) of ON; grandchildren Karen, Dwayne, Christa, Ashley, Slylar, Tabitha and Samantha; 6 great grandchildren; sister Mildred Wisemen of St. John's; step children Marlene Murphy (Brain), Christine Brown (Len), Deborah Ferguson (Steve) and Rick Frampton (Sherry); step grandchildren Crista, Karen, Steven, Ryan, James, Michael, Austin, Jenna and Katlynn; 9 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren plus a large circle of other family and friends. (1940-2013)

It is with great sadness that the family of the late JEROME DOBER of Spanish Room announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center in Burin, on Sunday, October 13 2013, at the age of 73. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: brothers Bernard (Lenora) of Mooring Cove and Hubert of St. Lawrence; special niece Delores Brake (Mike Gervais); plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Jerome was predeceased by his parents John and Theresa Dober; sisters Maude Dober, Mary Rideout, Helen Thorne, Bridget Brake and Rita Barry; brother Tom. At Jerome's request cremation has taken place. Passed away at the Grand Bank Health Care Center on Monday October 14, 2013 Wayne Peach of Grand Bank, age 51 years. Predeceased by parents Gabriel and Lillian Peach. two sets of grandparents Peach and Sooley. Niece Collette Herridge and sister Betty. Leaving to mourn wife Madonna; sons Cameron (Candice), Leonard (Nadine),Tim (Deneka), Jamie (Christal), daughter Amanda (Damien) 10 grandchildren. Brothers and sisters Calvin (Dallas); Joyce (Edward); Linda (Murdock); Ricky (Brenda); Sterling (Colleen); Dorothy (Levi); Norman, Lisa, Kelly (Alvin); Shawn (Joyce); Rodney (Julie); Brian Sooley (Sis). Plus a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral Service was conducted by Major Phyllis Blundell-Colbourne and Capt. Reid Colbourne from the Salvation Army Citadel at 2pm on Thursday, October 17th, 2013. Interment followed at Salvation Cemetery, Grand Bank. Music was provided by String Band. Passed away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home, Grand Bank on Monday October 7, 2013, Eleanor Ann Royle of Grand Bank, age 89 years. Predeceased by parents Christina and Henry Hiscock; husband Frederick. Leaving to mourn: daughter Christie, sons Jack (Eleanor), Fred (Darlene); grandchildren: Herma (Harley), Shannon (Randy), Maurice (Angela), Henrietta, Jack (Rachelle), Michael, Felicity and Kerry; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
