The area includes from Terrenceville on down to Grand Bank, over to Lamaline, St. Lawrence, Burin, Marystown

BUGDEN, JENNIE PEARL
1925-2013

Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, on January 8, 2013, JENNIE PEARL BUGDEN, of Epworth, NL, in her 87th year. Leaving to mourn her loving son John (Ruth), Epworth, granddaughter Jennifer Coady (Darren), Burin, grandson Bradley, Kingston, ON; great-grandchildren Brady, Aaliyah and Ben Bugden, and Matthew and Megan Coady; brother in law Reginald Bugden (Florence), sister in law Adelaide Haskell and Ellen Bugden; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Jennie is predeceased by her husband Jack, parents Herbert and Mary Anne Pike, sisters Louise, Blanche, Marjorie, and Hazel. Resting at Epworth United Church, Epworth from Tuesday, 5 pm - 9 pm, Wednesday, 2 pm - 9 pm, and Thursday morning until noon. CLARK, Alfreda
(August 17, 1925 - January 24, 2013)

It is with great sadness the family of the late Alfreda Clarke of Lewin's Cove announces her passing at the Palliative Care Unit at the Miller Center on January 24, 2013, at the age of 87 years. Leaving to mourn sons Bruce (Colleen) of St. John's, Ernest (Diane) of Lewin's Cove and Melvin (Wendy) of Lewin's Cove; daughters Blanche (Jake) of St. John's and Sherry of St. John's; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother James Brewer of Marystown plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by husband William Herbert. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. Passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Monday, January 29, 2013, Thomas Forsey of Fortune, age 70 years. Cremation has taken place. HALEY, William Joseph
(July 23, 1934 - January 26, 2013)
Passed peacefully away at the Grand Bank Health Care Centre on Saturday January 26 2013, William Joseph Haley of Allan's Island Lamaline age 78 years .Predeceased by wife Mercedes, parents Bernard and Theresa Haley, and sisters Annie, Elizabeth, Mary, and Lillian. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his nine children, Annie (Don), Bridget (Steven), Bernard (Jackie), Gerard ( Charlotte), Theresa (Jerry), Bill (Darlene), Joe (Collette), Mary (Gerry), and Angela (Bill). Twenty grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Remains resting at his residence at Allan's Island Lamaline on Monday and Tuesday. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 27, 2013, at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex, St. John's, in the presence of her loving family and after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's, Georgina (Georgie) Mitchell (nee Ralph) of Grand Bank, age 85 years. Predeceased by parents Captain John and Sylvia Ann Ralph; brothers John, Frank and Reuben. Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, NL, on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, RALPH BENJAMIN PARDY, of Bay L'Argent, NL, in his 92nd year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 68 years, Mary, daughter Joyce Lawrence (Steve), Bay L'Argent, daughter in law Joyce Pardy, Bay L'Argent; 2 grandchildren, Wayne Lawrence (Christy), Salmon Cove, Tracy Hynes (Kevin), Jacques Fountaine and great grandson Keegan Hynes; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Ralph is predeceased by his son Ben in 1995. Leaving to mourn her loving daughters Gladys, Dianne, Serena, and Glenda Pardy, sons Earl Pardy Jr., and Darrell Pardy; grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Claude, Chaira, Michael, Carter and baby Jessie Pardy, great grandchild Christian Pardy; sister Gladys Foote (Maxwell), Mary Miller (Brian), brothers Henry Scott (Sylvia), Levi Scott, sister in law Sylvia Scott; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Jessie is predeceased by her husband Earl, brother John Scott, sister Florence Scott, sister in law Helen O'Keefe and parents Levi and Anna Scott. Predeceased by husband George, daughter Norma; parents Ada and Byatt Trimm, brothers Charles and Lloyd, brother-in-law Cecil Hillier.
