The area includes from Terrenceville on down to Grand Bank, over to Lamaline, St. Lawrence, Burin, Marystown and down the Peninsula again to Boat Harbour.

Passed peacefully away at Grand Bank Health Centre on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, John Ben Anstey of Grand Bank, age 88 years. Predeceased by parents Samuel & Caroline Anstey; wife Ruby, brother-in-law Clyde Warren, sister Emily Matthews (George), brothers Samuel Anstey (Fronie), William Crews (Beatrice), George Anstey (Ethel), Aaron Anstey, Charles Henry Anstey, John Ben Anstey, father & mother-in law James & Hannah Warren. Leaving to mourn: wife Beulah; daughters May Brewer (Norm), Ruby Walters (George), Daphne Martin (Tom); son Clyde (Caroleann), step sons Norman Bowser (Glennis), Robert Bowser (Elinor); brother-in-law John Ben Warren, sister-in-law Eleanor Legge(Louis), 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Warren's Funeral Home on Thursday from 7 pm -9 pm for (FAMILY ONLY); then on Friday & Saturday from 10 am - 12 pm; 2 pm - 4 pm; 7 pm - 9 pm. Funeral service will take place from the Salvation Army, Grand Bank at 2 pm on Sunday, January 15th. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank. No flowers by request. Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, St. John's on Friday, January 06, 2012, Austin Leo Bonnell of Lamaline, age 81 years. Predeceased by wife Mary, infant son Wayne, parents Leo & Clara Bonnell, brothers Giles, Garfield, sister Beatrice. Leaving to mourn his loving family, daughters Carol (Joe), Marilyn (Ric), son Austin (Susan), 7 grandchildren, David, Susan, Charmaine, Craig, Tony, Natasha & Miranda; brothers Fred (Phyllis), Les (Marie) & Malcolm; sisters Stella, Alma, Beatrice (Gilbert); sister-in-law Amy; step brothers Heber, Aubrey, Cecil and many other relatives and friends. Much loved by son Clyde Hillier (Elizabeth), London, Ont, daughter Grace Wilson, Ottawa, grandchildren Tania Wilson-Benjamin (Aaron), Charlotte, North Carolina, Bryan Wilson (Wendy), Ottawa, Morgan Hillier, Toronto, Leah Hillier, Hamilton, nieces Linda Hillier (Brian Elkin), Ottawa, Carol Bonnell (Chris), St. John's, Nfld, Shirley Roberts (Mitch Fenton), Bath, Cindy Munro (Gord), Richmond Hill, nephews David Roberts (Sabine), Vancouver, and Greg Farrant (Shari), Campbellford and other family members and friends. Resting and Visitation to take place at Wiseman's Funeral Homes in Marystown on Saturday January 21th at 11am - 9pm. Funeral Service will take place on Sunday January 22, 2012 at 2:00 pm from Calvary Pentecostal Church in Creston North. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery in Creston North.
