Otto Barnes of Grand Bank went to be with the Lord on Wednesday,
January 14, 2009. He was predeceased by his parents, Byron and
Ida Lydia (nee Green) and sister Sabina of Harbour Mile, brother Onslow
of Fortune, and sister Hazel of Grand Falls. He leaves to mourn his wife
Shirley and sons Kevin of St. John's and Dean of Montreal. The wake will
take place at Bethel Pentecostal Church, Grand Bank with the funeral
on Friday, January 16th, at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, the family
asks that donations be made to the Bethel Pentecostal Church in his memory
for a memorial cross. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care

It is with great sadness to announce the sudden death of Russell
George Clarke of Grand Bank NL. on Friday January 02nd,
2009, age 61 years.
Predeceased by his father Percival George Clarke, his baby brother Eli
Clarke, sister Shirley (Clarke) Whalen, and his nephew Steven Mauger;
he leaves to mourn: wife Nancy Wilson-Clarke of Grand Bank, his children
Natalie Rose Clarke of Grand Bank, Phillip, David and Sharon of Ontario,
and Christopher of Clarenville, his much beloved 10 grandchildren, mother
Elsie Clarke of Grand Bank, brothers Walter at Edmonton and Reuben of
