The area includes from Terrenceville on down to Grand Bank, over to Lamaline, St. Lawrence, Burin, Marystown and down the Peninsula again to Boat Harbour.
All the communities are not named but serves the whole of the Peninsula.

 

BAKER, Judy
(May 19, 1961 - August 9, 2011)
Passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, Judy Baker of Harbour Mille, age 50 years. Predeceased by father, Angus Tibbo. Leaving to mourn: husband Leroy, daughter, Meena & John Rose, step-son, Travis Marshen, mother, Virginia, sister, Ada & husband Don Barnes, brother Chesley (Gloria) Tibbo; nieces, Connie & Chantal, nephew, Steven. Also a circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at St. Mary's Anglican Church, Harbour Mille at 4pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Funeral service will take place on Friday, August 12th at 2pm, from St. Mary's Church. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Mille. BANFIELD, Capt. Harvey
(November 1, 1916 - September 21, 2011)
Passed peacefully away at the Grand Bank Health Centre on September 21, 2011, Captain Harvey Banfield of Grand Bank in his 95th year. Predeceased by parents George & Susan Banfield, brother Gabriel and sisters Eliza, Esther, & Vera. Leaving to mourn: loving wife of 65 years, Blanche, daughter Sharon(Sam), grandsons Steven(Sandra), Sterling(Julie), two great-granddaughters, Megan & April, and a large circle of family and friends. Remains resting at Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank. Visitation hours: Thursday 7pm - 9pm, Friday and Saturday 10am - 12pm; 2pm - 4pm; 7pm - 9pm. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Marina of 58 years; daughter Lana Barry of Vancouver, B.C.; sister Bride Ducey of Corner Brook; brothers: Alonzo (Dorothy) Barry of St. John's and Ken (Beatie) Barry of Centerville, Ontario.
