The area includes from Terrenceville on down to Grand Bank, over to Lamaline, St. Lawrence, Burin, Marystown and down the Peninsula again to Boat Harbour. All the communities are not named but serves the whole of the Peninsula.

Passed peacefully away at The Grand Bank Health Care on Sunday August 16, 2009, Mary E. Bartlett of Grand Bank, age 86 years. Predeceased by husband Isaac; son Seaward. Leaving to mourn: 5 Daughters, Frances Durnford (Newman) at Conception Bay, Kathleen Keeping( Clyde) at Grand Bank, Gloria Harris (Frank) at Mount Pearl, Rhoda Rose (Bruce) at Grand Bank, Wanda Jackman (Peter) at Winnipeg, Manitoba; son Wayne Bartlett (Marion) at Coal Harbour, NS; daughter In Law Brenda Bartlett at Grand Bank; 22 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 3 brothers Stephen Blagdon at Coomb's Cove, Edward Blagdon (Alice) at Harbour Breton, Harvey Blagdon (Ethel) at Coomb's Cove; sister Ruth Strowbridge at Grand Bank, brother In law Stephen Drakes at Coomb's Cove. Predeceased by parents Berkley and Margaret Breon; wife Frances, son Berkley, and brother Frank. Passed peacefully away on Monday August 10, 2009, at the Blue Crest Nursing Home, Grand Bank, Beulah Evelyn Hillier age 85 years, surrounded by her family. A resident of Grand Bank since 1970, previously of Point aux Gaul. Predeceased by her parents Lewis and Hilda Miller, brother Edmond Miller, and husband Leo Robert Hillier. Leaving to mourn: six daughters, Emily Plank (John )who resided with her at Grand Bank, Sadie Parsons (Robert) of Grand Bank, Ena White (Fred) of Fortune, Hilda Benteau (Raphael) of Torbay, Mary Lundrigan (Kevin) of Burin, Dinah Smith (Levi) of Baine Harbour; three sons, Robert Hillier (Daphne) and Leonard Hillier (Karen) both of Conception Bay South, and Lloyd Hillier (Arlene) of Dartmouth, NS. Also 19 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; three sisters Marion Bonnell (Leo), Muriel Dodge (Albert) both of Point Aux Gaul, and Elizabeth Bowen of St. Mary's.
