Gerald (Gerry) Mackenzie Brown - 53 years formerly of Trinity, Bonavista Bay passed peacefully away after a long and courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Lake Ridge Health Centre, Oshawa, Ontario. Gerry joined the Canadian Armed Forces at age eighteen and served for twenty six years. He then served overseas after his retirement. Although he spent most of his life away from home his heart was always in Newfoundland. Predeceased by his grandparents; Jacob and Stella Brown and Horatio and Agnes Cutler. N. Lloyd Noseworthy (a.k.a. Pouch Cove Elvis) Born March 7, 1941; died October 13, 2013. Lloyd died peacefully with his family at his side after a courageous battle with cancer. He is loved and missed by his wife, Joan (Curran), of 39 years; his children and grandchildren: Karen, Gary, Jonathan and Mark Pritchett; Kevin and Diane Noseworthy; Angie, Jeremiah, William, Andrew and Eli Shea; Max, Angela, Kaden and Willow Noseworthy; and Elaine and Scott Nystrom; Great-Grandchildren Isaac and Mackenzie; and sisters Gwen Hudson, Beatrice Cross and Cheryl Taylor. He will also be missed by a large circle of relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Belle and Lloyd Noseworthy; and siblings Allan, Irene and Jean.
