MOULAND, Jesse
Passed away at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander on Monday, October 1st, 2012, Mr. Jesse M. Mouland of Musgrave Harbour in his 85th year. Predeceased by his wife Stacie Collins Mouland, parents Joseph & Carrie, siblings Arthur, Everett, Charlie, Walter, Norma, Bessie, and Jeanie, son-in-law Wallace Hicks and granddaughter Baby Hicks. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his 7 sons Seaward (Lorrine) of Musgrave Harbour, Arthur (Doreen) of Musgrave Harbour, Kenneth (Wanda) of Aspen Cove, Jesse (Mary) of Musgrave Harbour, Norman (Goldie) of Gander, Tony (Brenda) of Musgrave Harbour and Alvin (Audrey) of Newtown, four daughters Eileen Hicks (Edward John) of Gander, Goldie Goodyear (Lawrence) of Deadman's Bay, Josephine Mouland (Yves Bouchard) of Quebec and Jean Goodyear (Oliver) of Deadman's Bay, sister Jean Mouland (Kenneth) of Musgrave Harbour, sister-in-law Norma Mouland of Musgrave Harbour, 30 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, a great number of nieces and nephews, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place on Thursday, October 4th from the Salvation Army Citadel in Musgrave Harbour. Internment followed from the Salvation Army Cemetery in Musgrave Harbour with Majors Barry and Donna Anstey officiating. ANDREWS, Walter
Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family at Brookfield Hospital on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, Walter Maxwell Andrews age 86 years of Newtown, Bonavista Bay. Predeceased by parents; Noah and Emma Andrews, sisters; Annie Tiller, Marguerite and brother-in-law; Percy Perry, Myra and brother-in-law; Clem Randell, brothers-in-law; Abel Hillier, Howard Elliott, father and mother-in-law; John and Beatrice Elliott. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 61 years, Shirley, 1 son; Peter (Vanessa) of St. John's, 5 daughters; Marilyn (Edward Howse) of Halifax, Beverly (Wallace Norris) of Mount Pearl, Judy (Harry Vincent) of Grande Prairie, AB, Valerie (Glen Hicks) of Musgrave Harbour, Pamela (Carson Howse) of Halifax, 1 brother; Zebedee Andrews (Robin) of Newtown, 3 sisters; Carrie Elliott and Mildred Hillier of Newtown, Edna Kroone (John) of Mesa, Arizona, grandchildren; Duane (Amanda), Christopher (Geneieve), Jamie (Rhonda), Krista (Jason), David (Vicky),Brad , Angie (Adrain), Wayne (Stephanie), Andrew (Jennifer), Trevor (Gina-Rae), Stephanie, Jennifer, Matthew and Ella, Great-grandchildren; Abigail, Caroline, Lucas H., Grace, Layne, Taylar, Haley, Ryan, Lucas N., Keegan, Kenzie, Cayden, Berkley, brother-in-law; Joseph Tillier (Beulah) of Newtown and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Funeral service was held on October 6, 2012 at the Trinity United Church, Newtown with Reverends Lorne and Roberta Bungay officiating. Interment followed at the Trinity United Church Cemetery, Newtown . Passed away at Ft. McMurray on October 5th 2012 Tony John age 57 years. Predeceased by his father Gregory. Left with loving memories are his mother Mary John, wife Debbie, daughter Toni Marie (April), son-in-law Trevor , 2 precious grandchildren Tristan and Lincoln, brothers Paul (Doris) of Gander, Chris (Marlene) of Calgary, sisters Kathleen of Fogo, Helen (Albert) of Glenwood, Betty (Paul) of Fort McMurray. Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander on Friday, October 5th 2012 at the age of 76 years, Bernice Margaret Hearn. Predeceased by parents Michael and Daisy Bouzane (nee Pelley), baby brother Stanley, sister Rita March (nee Bouzane). Leaving to mourn her loving husband and best friend Michael Frances Hearn of Gander, sons Michael Stanley (Lori) Hearn of Moosejaw, SK, Blaine (Melanie) Hearn of Gander, NL, Wayne March (Nephew) of Toronto, ON, daughters Kathy Hearn of Gander, NL, Marlene (Blair) LeDrew of St John's, NL, brother James (Vera) Bouzane of Grand Falls, NL, grandchildren Tina O Flannagan, Andrew Hearn, Michael Hearn, Joshua Hearn, Victoria Hearn, Stephanie Hearn, Madison LeDrew, great grandchildren Sydney and Lexie O Flannagan. Passed peacefully away at Riverview Retirement Home, Gander Bay South on October 7th 2012 Augusta Frances Wheaton age 97 years. Predeceased by parents Pamelia and Moses Wheaton, husband Maxwell, siblings Jessie May, Winsor, Frederick, Solomon, Mary, Ida, Daisy May. Left with many wonderful memories a large number of nieces, nephews and their families. Plus a large circle of friends. Rested at Frederickton United Church with Funeral Service was held Thursday, October 11th at 2:00 p.m. Interment United Cemetery, Frederickton. BISHOP, Cecily
BISHOP (Butt), Cecily Stella Jean,
passed away peacefully on October 10th, 2012 at the QE II HSC, Halifax. Cecily was born in Freshwater, Carbonear, NF, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Laura (Burke) Butt. She was a strong, caring individual who enjoyed looking after others. Cecily loved music, playing the piano, cooking and baking. She leaves to mourn her loving, caring husband of 57 years, Alexander, son, Paul Bishop (Venus), daughter Kellie Grant (Sheldon), grandchildren Brandon, David, Emily, Nicolas; sister, Daphne (Bruce) Abbott; brother John (Ruby) Butt; numerous nieces and nephews in Nova Scotia and in Newfoundland. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Laura, sisters, Mabel (Edward), Florence (Leroy) and Peggy, brother Jim. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 1 pm Saturday October 13, 2012 in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. HISCOCK, Carol Ann (nee Cheeks) - Passed away at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre in Fort McMurray, Alberta on Thursday, October 11, 2012, age 65. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Vera Cheeks of Gander, NL. Left to mourn husband Fred; children, Stephanie (Rob Haazebroek) of Ottawa, ON, William (Belen Hiscock) of Fort McMurray, AB, Diane (Keith Saunders) of Fort McMurray, AB; grandchildren, Douglas Saunders, Blair Hiscock, Briann Hiscock; siblings, Tom (Ruth Cheeks) of Gander, NL, Verna (Bill Blandford) of Gander, NL, David (Kim Cheeks) of Gander, NL; aunt, Judy (Clayton Oram) of Glovertown, NL; sister-in-law, Elsie Hiscock of Glovertown, NL; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. COLLINS, Martin Stephen
April 2, 1948 - October 11, 2012

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Martin Stephen Collins. He passed away at James Paton Memorial Hospital on Thursday October 11 2012 at the age of 64 years. Martin is predeceased by his parents Cryil & Maude Collins and father in law Wilbert Holloway. Martin leaves to mourn his wife Trudy, mother-in-law Madeline Holloway sons; Tony, Troy (Jenny) , daughters; Tammy, Renee (Jodi), Colleen (Roger) grandchildren; Philip, Joshua, Roger, Alexander, Lucas, Abigayle, Melanie, James, Colton, Brayden great granddaughter Holly, brothers; Walter (Blanche), Frazer (Georgina), David (Debbie), Eugene (Christine), Howard, Cyril (Kim), Paul (Nancy), Steve, sisters; Marjorie (Wilmore), Alice (Harry), Josephine (Steve), Donna (Marcel). Martin will also be greatly missed by a large circle of family and friends. For 37 years Mart was a member of the United Association Union-Local 740 and was also a faithful member for 36 years with the CWT Recreation Committee. Passed peacefully away at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay on Saturday, 0ctober 13, 2012 Heber Gerald Burry age 78 years of Valleyfield. Predeceased by his parents Edgar Sr. and Annabella (Queen) Burry; sister Nellie Kean and brother Lester Burry. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Reta; son Dwayne (Penny) of Musgrave Harbour; daughters Rhonda (Randy Sturge) of Wesleyville and Roxanne (Calvin Waterman) of Gambo; brothers Edward Burry (Violet) of St. John's and Edgar Jr. Burry (Mable) of Valleyfield; brother-in-law Peter Kean of St. John's; sister-in-law Annie (Wallace Hounsell) of Valleyfield; grandchildren Brittany, Brandon, Adrienne (Gordie), Alisha, Devon and Daniel; great-grandchildren Tyson and Sabean; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. CALLAHAN, Majorie
Marjorie Callahan
passed away peacefully at Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012. She was 91. Marjorie was pianist at Jubilee Pentecostal Temple, Botwood for 27 years. She lived in Hollett's Retirement Home for the past 5 years. She was predeceased by her parents Archibald & Emalina Locke, husband Andy, 4 brothers and 1 sister. Left to mourn are her 10 children: Arch (Muriel) Grand Falls-Windsor, Bernice (Winston Osmond) Oshawa, ON, Andy Jr. (Rhoda) Wasaga Beach, ON, Shirley (Doug Ireland) Botwood, Ruby Noseworthy, Halifax, NS, Donald (Beverly) Peterborough, ON, Wavie (Morvan Rowsell) Brampton, ON, Wayne (Cindy) Grand Falls-Windsor, Garry (Inez) Etobicoke, ON, Glenn (Cheryl) Bowmanville, ON; siblings Beryl Clarke & Lester Locke, Springdale; 29 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren. Funeral Service was held at Jubilee Pentecostal Temple Sunday, Oct. 21. Funeral arrangements entrusted through Hoskins Funeral Home, Botwood. WEST, Teddy
April 27th 1947 - Oct 19th 2012
Passed peacefully away on Friday Oct 19th at the age of 65 years at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver BC with his family by his side. Teddy was predeceased by his father Arthur West, mother Louisa West(Dyke) and sister Delilah Russel(Bob) Left with many wonderful memories is Wife of 46 years and best friend Donna (Bishop), daughter Sherry Nicol(Brent),Tammy Hunt(Todd) and 2 wonderful grandchildren Chantel and Paige. Also his 2 sisters Alma Prince (Bill) and Enid Noseworthy(lloyd) and Brother Barry West (Rosie). As well as many nieces, nephews and a large circle of Friends. He will be greatly missed.
