ARNOTT, Rev. M. Jane
ARNOTT, Rev. M. Jane
- of Upper Woodstock passed away at Carleton Manor on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at the age of 81. Rev. Arnott was born in Ontario, daughter of the late John and Josephine Maguire. She is survived by one son Dr. Rob Arnott (Lugene Marie) of upper Woodstock, NB and one daughter Christine Arnott of Port Charlotte, Florida, Grandchildren Megan Arnott and Connor Arnott, sisters, Helen, Eleanor, Elizabeth, and Carol; brothers, Arnold, James and Allan and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Jane was pre-deceased by her husband, Murry Arnott, Sister Louise, and brothers, John, Arthur, David and Harry. She is resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with a private visiting at the funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Anglican Church on Wednesday, Dec. 27,2017 at 3:00 pm. If desired, donations may be made to St. Luke's Anglican Church Woodstock, NB or the Anglican Diocese of Fredericton.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Audrey Best Age 83 years of Wesleyville. Predeceased by her parents Cecilia and Harrison Button, infant sister Olive, brothers Jacob and Chesley and beloved grandson Dwayne Goodyear. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Gladstone, sons Raymond(Brenda) of Marystown, Keith (Kathy) of Wesleyville and Rodney (Goldie) of Port Williams, Nova Scotia, daughters Linda (Walter/June) of Lumsden, Shirley (Roy) of Glovertown and Lisa (Michael) of Vacaville, California, grandchildren Roy (Jenine), Erica (Mark), Jonathan (Kimberly), Steven (April), Cindy and Carol (Michael) and step great granddaughter Carly, sisters Jane Feltham and Priscella Sweetapple, sisters-in-law Olive Button and Violet Button and a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother as evidenced by her last words "I Love You Too". Funeral service took place on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Jubilee United Church, Wesleyville with Rev. Lorne Bungay officiating. Interment followed at Jubilee United Church Cemetery, Wesleyville. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, 100 Ilsley Avenue - Unit N Dartmouth NS, B3B 1L3. Bulgin, Donna
, 64. Passed peacefully away on November 16, 2017 at the Dr. L A Miller Center, Palliative Care Unit in St. John's, NL. Left with Heavy Hearts and Loving Memories are her son James, her sisters June, Glenda (Anthony), Gloria (Keith), and many Loving Friends. Donna devoted her life to her son James and to her pursuit of the Arts and Writing. Many Thanks to Dr. Cheryl Hurley, the Nurses and Staff of the Palliative Care Unit, for their exemplary care. Cremation has taken place at Donna's request. A Memorial Service was held at Carnell's Funeral Home, St. John's, on November 25th. BURSEY, Margaret
Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, following a brief illness, Margaret (Peg) Bursey, née Cahill, aged 88 years, lately of Gander, formerly of St. John's, originally of Bell Island. Pre-deceased by Raymond, her husband of forty-eight years, her six siblings, and her parents, John and Annie Cahill, all residents of Bell Island. Left to mourn are: her sister-in-law and best friend Rita Bursey, surviving member of her respective family, also originally of Bell Island; Peg's children, Ray and his wife Geraldine at Ottawa, John and his wife Flo at Gander, and Delilah and her husband Bill Harris at St. John's. Also mourning their loss are Peg's grandchildren, Penney and her husband Dave Ariss, Christa and Ryan at Ottawa, and Chris and Beth at St. John's. Sadly missing "GG" are Peg's great-grandchildren, Cailee and Makenna at Ottawa. Peg will also be missed by a large number of nieces and nephews and their children. A special note of gratitude and love on behalf of Peggy to the staff and especially to the residents of the Golden Years Estate retirement home in Gander. She truly enjoyed her time there with you and spoke lovingly of you often. Funeral services, interment and a celebration of Peg's life will take place in late July or early August 2018, on dates to be announced.

FELTHAM, Irene
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Dr. Y.K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Irene Feltham age 84 years of Badger's Quay. Predeceased by parents; Randolph and Margaret Janes, husband; Bramwell, son; Scott, sister; Florence Spurrell and brother-in-law; Eric Spurrell. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons; Jeffrey (Rhonda) of Badgers Quay, Leo (Beverley) of Badgers Quay, daughter; Pamela of Badgers Quay, daughter in law; Elizabeth Kennedy (Michael) of St. John's, grandchildren; Tracey (Lee), Lori, Jessica (James), Jonathan, Hillary and Hailey, great-grandchildren; Amber, Scott and Mia and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Funeral service took place on Thursday, November 23 at 2 P.M. at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay with Rev. Tim Graham officiating. Interment followed at St. Alban's Anglican Church Cemetery, Badger's Quay. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made in her memory to St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay. KING, Jackeline Mae
Jaqueline Mae King
suddenly and unexpectedly passed away at her home in Halifax on Thursday Nov 30, 2017 at the age of 71. Her niece Kristie-Ann was by her side at her moment of passing. She was born June 5, 1946 in Lytham St Annes of Lancashire, England and was recently predeceased by her younger brother Gerard Gillingham. Jacqui joins her beloved husband and soulmate, John (Jack) King, her twin children Jamie and Joni, and her parents. Jacqui was a woman of strength with an unshakable Christian faith. Her sense of humor brightened even the saddest of days and her ability to say a quick-witted phrase made it impossible to be unhappy in her presence. Her words of wisdom in times of confusion and constant encouragement in times of uncertainty will forever touch our hearts and souls. Jacqui leaves behind her loving children, Jonita (Jeff) Forbes and John-Paul (Laura) King, nieces Kristie-Ann Kirsch, Isabella Gillingham, and Jessica Hope, nephews John Gillingham and Ross Hope, sister-in-law Katherine Gillingham, step-children Melita Willcott, Richard King, Donna Willcott, and Elizabeth Benoit, and "Grammy J's" precious grandson Jack King. The friends, brothers and sisters of faith whose lives she touched are innumerable. A private visitation will take place in Halifax, NS. A joint celebration of life will be had for Jacqui and Gerard in Newfoundland during summer 2018, dates to be announced. Funeral service to be held for Jacqui at Christ Church in Milltown.
