Passed peacefully away at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay on November 17, 2015 Myrtle Button age 98 years of Greenspond. Predeceased her husband Edgar; parents David and Diana Pond; sister Beatrice (Fred) and loving twin sister Ellen (Nellie) Goulding; brothers Timothy (Ethel) and George (Annie); beloved son-in-law Ambrose Mullins; mother and father-in-law Edgar Button Sr. (Lillian); brothers-in-law Elias Button (Elizabeth); Arthur Button and Daniel Button; nieces Betty Raines and Diana Hounsell; nephews Donald Pond, Llewellyn Pond, Gordon Button and Elias Button. COLLINS, Harold Anthony
May 21, 1925 - November 10, 2015
Passed peacefully away on November 10, 2015 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, Harold Anthony Collins of St. John's, age 90 years. Born in Indian Islands, and lived for many years in Gander. He proudly represented the people of the district of Gander in the House of Assembly. Predeceased by his parents Bessie and Lorenzo Collins, step-brothers Harvey and Ken Frampton and Albert Collins, step-sisters Lydia Newman, Meta Andrews, Muriel Hines and Mabel Bixby. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 66 years Joan (Peckford), children Brian, Betty (Roy), David (Eunice), Paul (Valerie), Debbie (Byron), Sharon (Darren), Kevin (Karen), Craig (Denise), Derek and Tony; 13 Grandchildren Alison (Mark), Adrienne (Steven), Michael, Stephen, Joshua (Julie), Amanda, Monica, James, Victoria, Jessica, Sean, Robyn and William; and 4 Great-grandchildren Charlie, Thomas, Harry and Audrey. The family wishes to express special thanks to the staff at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Passed away suddenly at James Paton Memorial Health Care Center, Kathleen Crisby age 83, formerly of Eastport who was residing at Baywatch Manor, Glovertown. She is predeceased by her husband George Crisby, her parents; Violet Feltham (nee Hunter) and Edwin Feltham, step-mother Rachel Feltham, dearest aunt and uncle; Beatrice and Marcus Moss, sister Juliann Rogers and son-in-law Edward Parsons. Left with loving memories are her five children; Una Parsons of Salvage, Bruce (Edna) of Athabasca AB, Chesley (Allison Johnson) of Eastport, Mary (Ken Lane) of St. Chad's, and Loretta Crisby-Whittle of C.B.S. Brothers; Theophilus and George (Christine) and sister Sarah (Mac Butt). Brother-in-law Chesley Crisby (Irene), sister-in-law May (Galpine Taylor). Grandchildren; Laurie (Dave Penney), Sam Parsons (Janice), Jason Crisby, Andrew Crisby (TerriAnn), Jenny Crisby, Tonya Lane, Kenneth Lane (Natasha Brown), Matthew Whittle and Jennifer Whittle. Her great sense of humor and kind heart will be missed by a wide circle of family and friends.

Edward Marsh, the Holy Cross ACW for the lovely lunch and all family and friends who came to pay their respects and helped the family in any way.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one Mr. Terrence Dawson, age 55 years, of Gander. Terry passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 17th, 2015 at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton, AB with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his mother Hilda Dawson (nee Saunders). Left to mourn are his wife Marlene (Dyke), children Ashley (Arjun), Terrance, and Amy (Stuart), father Frederick Dawson of Gander, brothers Larry (Michelle) Dawson of Gander, Michael (Donna) Dawson of Fredericton, Brian (Kay) Dawson of Kitchener, sisters Pamela (Marvin) Blundon of Paradise, and Joanne (Bryan) Lunn of Elmsdale, NS, grandsons Max and Aiden, and a large circle of other family members, friends, and coworkers. GOULDING, Noah
Noah Robert Goulding passed peacefully away, after a short illness, at Gander Hospital on November 25, 2015 in the presence of his loving family. He was 84 years old. Noah was born on November 19, 1931 in Newport, Newfoundland and moved to Gambo shortly thereafter. He was the son of Emily (nee: Keats) and Bela Goulding. Noah grew up in Gambo and attended school there. He served in the Canadian Army in the Royal Canadian Dragoons for three years. In his early years, Noah worked as a logger. In his later years, he worked as a commissionaire with Air Traffic Control in Gander. Noah is predeceased by his mother (Emily), father (Bela) and sister, Minnie. Noah is survived by his loving wife, Katie (nee: Collins) and six children: Daughters, Carol Anne (Kevin), Pamela (Fraser), Deborah (Barry) and Valery (Boyd); sons, Dean (Karen) and Troy. Grandchildren: Jillian, Christopher, Natasha, Ryan, Kayla, Andrew, Adam, Brandon, Brittany, Justin and Cameron. Great grandchildren: Benjamin, Katherine, Maxwell and Carlie, and a large circle of family and friends. Noah is resting at Pritchett's Funeral Home in Gambo, Newfoundland. MURRAY, Beverley (Bev), RN, BN
With sadness in our hearts, we announce Bev's passing at home on November 4, 2015 at the young age of 56. Bev will always be fondly remembered by her husband Pat; her sister Debbie Loder and their extended families, and her close friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Ruby & Karl Loder. The family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to her group of committed and loving friends who helped with her care at home. They gave their time and energy selflessly, generously, and without condition to Bev. In addition we wish to sincerely thank the home care workers, nurses, doctors & other health professional staff who provided health care during Bev's illness. She touched many lives in a long and distinguished career as a Public Health Nurse, and she lived her life with love, compassion and humour. She will be greatly missed, loved and always remembered by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place. A service in memory of Bev was held at the Gander Golf Club on November 7th. Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. Leonard A Miller Centre on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, in the presence of her loving family, after a very courageous battle with cancer, at age 50. Gerald Gordon Stratton passed away on November 10, 2015, 86 years of age, born on October 11, 1929. Predeceased by daughter Lorna Jean and parents Samuel & Lydia Stratton. Leaving to mourn wife Emma, 63 years of marriage. Sister Dallas (Roger) and brother Max. Children Leonard (Patsy), Donna (Jim), Randall (Zita), Lori (Angus) and Jenny (Dennis). Grandchildren; Greg (Nadine), Lorna (Jim), Jason, Gerry (Kristy), Chris & Alison, Tevin & Miranda and Brian & Allan. Great-Grand Children; Ethan, Reid, Madison, Josh and Brinlee. Also a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Pritchett's Funeral Home, Gambo. Visitation: Friday 11 AM - 9 PM; Saturday 10 AM - Noon. Funeral Service at 2 PM Saturday at the Anglican Church, Gambo.

WHITE, William
Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Care Centre, Botwood, NL on November 17, 2015 William (Bill) Joseph White at the age of 73 years. Bill was raised in Norris Arm, NL. Throughout his life, with the exception of his love of flying, all his defining passions centered around working hard, being committed, reliable, responsible and taking care of his family, employees and those he considered his closest friends. Central Ready Mix and Central Precast stand today as a testament to his vision and life's journey. He was predeceased by his parents Bertram & Susan, and brother Jim. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Linda White; daughter Shelley (Greg) Woolfrey of Grand Falls-Windsor; son Stephen of Norris Arm; brothers: Jerry (Hilda), Tom (Joanne) both of Gander, NL, Jack (Ann), Frank, Pat (Florence), Reg all of Norris Arm, NL; sisters: Betty (Herbert) Saunders, Loretta (Frank) Beaton, Annette (Bruce) Brown all of Norris Arm, NL; grandchildren Jordan and Alex Woolfrey, Keegan White, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place on Friday November 20, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Norris Arm. In keeping with William's wishes cremation to follow and interment to take place at a later date. WINSOR, Malcolm James
Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex on Friday, November 6, 2015, Malcolm Winsor, formerly of Wesleyville, Bonavista Bay, in his 88th year. Reunited in Heaven with the love of his life - his wife, Virtue (nee Vaters); predeceased by parents, Nathan and Gertrude Winsor; brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn with broken hearts, his children: Gloria Baker (John), Linda Winsor (Steve), Bob (Donna) and Peggy Dingwell (Brian); grandchildren: Lisa Delaney (Ed), Robby Winsor (Carol Ann), Brian Winsor, Sarah Dingwell and Stacey Dingwell; great-grandchildren: Taylor & Braden Delaney and Chloe & Ashton Winsor. Also leaving to mourn sister, Olive Kean and sister-in-law, Zena Winsor; along with a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. A heartfelt thank you to dad's second family at Tiffany Village, where he resided for the last 2 ½ years. A private family interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery will take place at a later date.
