She sacrificed much during her life to provide me the opportunity to be successful in mine. I know she was very proud of me and I feel extremely fortunate to have had such a loving and supportive mother throughout my childhood, life and career. Thank you Mum, I will miss you!" A great debt of gratitude is owed to the many healthcare workers, extended family and friends who helped make her final years more comfortable and enjoyable. To Dr. Carmel Casey, her nurse, Lillian and palliative care nurse, Greg Banfield, for their continual dedication, support and compassion. To Janet, Sheila, Chelesa & Samantha her dedicated personal 'Homecare' family, whose day to day support, patience and assistance was truly remarkable. She certainly appreciated and loved you for it!
