PATRICK (PAT) JAMES BESON, of Wabush, NL, passed away September 16, 2010 at the Health Science Centre in St. John's. Pat will be fondly remembered by: his loving wife Bernice; children Michelle (Peter), Debra (Dave), Sean, Nicole (Phil); grandchildren Kyle (Christine), Sean, Krista, Chris, Sarah, Stephanie, Patrick, Sydney, Jacob, Ethan, Xander, Zachary; great-grandchild Lily; brothers Harold (Barb) and Danny; sister Marie; and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Passed away September 2, 2010, after a long, courageous battle with cancer, Clarence Nelson Jacobs. He was surrounded by his loving, devoted wife, Corena, and family. Clar, as he was known to those who best knew him, was born November 24, 1950 at Winterton, Trinity Bay, NL. Clar was predeceased by his parents, Annie &?Edmund Jacobs, brother Eddie and sister Violet. Left with fond and loving memories are: his wife Corena; son Christopher (Tina), granddaughter Emma, daughter Ashley, all of St. John's; stepdaughter Jillian Green of Labrador City, stepson Stephen Green (Malerie), stepgrandson Nathan, stepgranddaughter MaKenna, all of Bishop's Falls, NL; also, one brother William Jacobs of Winterton; and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Parsons (Miles), Elaine Ruth - 62, beloved wife of Freeman Parsons, Labrador City, NL. After a valiant battle with cancer, went to be with her Lord God and Saviour on September 10, 2010. Surrounded by her family at the VG Site, QEII, Elaine is survived by her daughter Teri-Lynn Miles (Jason); son Darren Miles; stepdaughter Sheri-Lyn Parsons (Adam); stepson Micheal Parsons; granddaughters Jessica, Nina, Taylor and Alexis; grandson Nicholas; brother Robert Powell; brother-in-law Robert Lambert (Pat); nieces Karen, Kim, Sarah; nephews Robert, Craig and Matthew; along with her numerous friends around the world. Elaine was predeceased by her parents Sadie & Clayton Powell, sister Marion Powell Lambert, son Andre, sister-in-law Myra Powell (Bob). Elaine enjoyed life with her children and grandchildren and was always surrounded by friends.
Elaine loved the outdoors and camping in her motorhome with her husband Freeman, family and friends. We will always love and miss you.
