Sam Ebsary was a member of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment during the First World War. He is seated in the front row, fourth from the left. I am trying to idendify the other men in the photo or the origin of the photo. The  picture was taken in either Scotland or England. The officers are probably all of the same rank - but of the commonwealth regiments.  So England, Scotland, Wales etc. It looks like a group photo from a military course or such.
