MUDDY HOLE
A fishing settlement in the district of of Fogo and Twillingate. A number of boats leave here for the Wadham Islands, and their fish are best cured on the island. Distant from Cat Harbor by road 16 miles, from Greenspond 24 miles by boat. Mail fortnightly. Population 130.
