FLAT ROCK (Bay De Verde)
A fishing settlement on the north side of Conception Bay, in a district of Bay de Verde. This is only an open bight on the shore with a beach, having no protection from the weather. Distant from Carbonear by road 3 miles. Mail weekly. Population 120.
