A large fishing settlement on the north side of Conception Bay, in the district of Brigus. Farming is engaged in to a considerable extent, and the scenery around, which is quite remarkable, is enhanced by the bright appearance of the meadow land. Distant from Brigus by road 4 miles. Mail weekly. Population 444.
