Broad Cove, CBSt. Phillips (Paradise area) (CBS - inc Sep 1, 1971)
Cat's CoveConception Hr. (c. 1870)
Chapel CoveHarbour Main/Chapel Cove/Lakeview (inc. 1977) Hr. Main was Inc in 1965
Duff'sHolyrood (Southside) Duff's was never an official name, just a name given by the people of the area in order to idenitfly where a family may have lived, especially if there was more than on family with the same names.
GastersAvondale (incorporated c. 1901)
Hopewellnow part of Upper Gullies and Conception Bay South (Inc Sep 1, 1971)
Horse CoveSt. Thomas Line (Paradise)
Indian Point (Pond)Seal Cove
KitchusesConception Harbour (inc 1972) still referred to today as Kitchuses.
LakeviewHarbour Main/Chapel Cove/Lakeview (still referred to as the separate community names as opposed to the official names.(NOTE: The name Lakeview appeared first in 1935. The community may have been known earlier as Wickelow (E.R. Seary: 1971).

MillvilleAvondale (TCH Access Road) was never officially an name just a name given by the people to idenitfly where a family may have lived, especially if there was more than one family with the same names.
NewtownWas never an official name. This section on the Census refers the area know as the Salmonier Line area of Holyrood.
