Bob Bartlett Artic Expedition?

Does anyone know who these people might be?

My dad (George Hayward Parsons - from Harbour Grace) told me that his father
went with Bartlett and Peary to the Arctic in search the the North Pole. It wasn’t
the trip of the discovery, but the previous one. I believe it was 1905/06. I
wonder if this picture could be from that trip. I don’t know why they would
take a formal picture of the whole crew unless it was an important trip.
My grandfather (William Parsons) is the 3rd from the right, with the
the tie on, in the top row. The man I think looks a lot like
Bob Bartlett, is the 2nd from the right, in the 2nd row
with his hand on the man in front of him.

It would be wonderful to learn more about this picture.
