Russell's Cove
late 1860's

Nathan and James Diamond of Russell's Cove

Nathan Diamond (May 1836 - ?) and his brother
(my great, great, grandfather) James Diamond
(September 19, 1817 - before 1871). They
were both born in Lower Island Cove, but later
moved to Russell's Cove (New Melbourne),
where they raised their families.

This tin plate picture (and accompanying information)
was passed down to me from my Aunt Minnie
(James' grand-daughter).
