June 4th 1935 Wedding photo of Loretta Blanche Payne Watkins Rideout &
Pleman George Rideout.

L to R Front Row: are Caroline James (Sister of Blanche), Bride Blanche age 25 yrs,
Albert Rideout (brother of Pleman),

L to R Back Row: Major Thomas Robbins, my Dad Pleman George Rideout
(groom age 45), Rowland James (husband of Caroline), Bessie Payne (bride's cousin),
Major Patience Robbins

Mom & aunt Carey shared the same pair of earings (They just turned their heads for
the camera). The wedding Ring (which I have, was made from a gold coin
(wide gold band). Both sisters were born on Pilley's Island to Edward and
Mary Payne Pleman. Father & Uncle were born in Indian Burial Grounds.
(Their parents are buried there)

The two Salvation Army Officers were in charge of The Salvation Army
Corner Brook West Corps (1934-38).
