St. John's City c1930 This is a photo of one of the "Royal Mail" carriages commissioned by and constructed for Canada by the "Lawrence Carriage Company". The product was constructed of Homasote Wall Board imported from New Jersey, USA. The reverse of this photo, as received, contains the inscription "Possibly Rodger house? St. John's Nfld." Contributed by Lawrence David Rodger (January 2005)
