St. John's Area

St. John's 1937 This is a photo of Lord Baden Powell being led on horseback when he visited St. Johns in 1937. He died shortly after. My father, Arthur Norman (1916-1986) had a leadership role in the St. Johns NFLD. Boy Scouts Organization at this time and had the pleasure of meeting Lord and Lady Powell personally. Contributed by Dave Norman (August 2004)
