Photo of Charlotte Elizabeth Mercer and her brother
Ananias Mercer (children of Ananias Mercer and
Joanna Dawe). Elizabeth married Azariah J. Curtis
of King's Cove, Bonavista. Elizabeth and Azariah
eventually settled in Oshawa, Ontario where they
are now buried. Ananias Mercer married
Violet Anna Elizabeth Richardson
of Sackville, New Brunswick.

Ananias was ordained as a Methodist minster and
with his wife Violet eventually settled in
Piapot, Saskatchewan.

Ananias and Violet were my grandparents.
