Albert Edward & Bertha Lena Bennett

Port aux Basques
c1900

Albert Edward Bennett (1887-1952) was born in Port aux Basques
and lived out his life there. His parents were Joshua Charles Bennett
(1850-1929) and Mary Ann (nee Matthews) Bennett (1854-1937).
Albert Edward's wife, Bertha Lena (nee Crocker) Bennett
(1885-1956) was born in Heart's Delight, Trinity Bay,
and relocated permanently to Port aux Basques after
she and Albert married. Albert and Bertha produced
a family of eight surviving children, Delores, Rita,
Earle, Emeline, Phyllis, Ben, Albert, and Bertha.
