Matthew Lee was born 13 Feb 1809 in Round Harbour, Hermitage Bay, Newfoundland.
Son of William LEE & Grace KENDELL. He died 27 Jul 1871 in McCallum,
Hermitage Bay, Newfoundland. Burial: McCallum, Hermitage Bay NF.

Matthew married Lucy Chislett, (daughter of Charles Chislett and Anna UNKNOWN),
on 1840 in McCallum Bay, Hermitage Bay, Newfoundland. Lucy was born
15 Aug 1821 in McCallum, Hermitage Bay, Nfld. She died 26 Nov 1881
in McCallum, Hermitage Bay, Nfld. Burial: McCallum, Hermitage Bay NF.
