Sacred to the Memory of Richard Hodder, a Native of Devonshire,
England who died April 17, 1871 Aged 62 years; Also his son Walter
died at Messina February 6 1872 aged 21 years.


Sacred to the memory of Rebecca, widow of the late Richard Hodder,
who died June 26, 1885 aged 74 years.


Josiah Colbourne died 17 August 1875 aged 29 mos. (??)


In Memory of William Archibald Stirling aged 10 years died
September 1st 1874; John Mayne Stirling aged 3 years died
July 27, 1855; David Stirling, aged 10 days, died April 10, 1898 (??).


In Memory of Ann Sinnott who departed this life July 27, 1867.


In Memory of Anne Gray who died August 31st aged 6 (?) months.


In memory of Mary B. Baird died November 28th 1878 [age illegible]
and Annie M. Baird died December 1st 187? [age illegible].


In Memory of Agnes Mary, the beloved wife of George Wells,
died August 8, 1876 aged 24 years; Elias died August 24th, 1874,
aged 2 years; Edwin died January 4, 1875 aged 1 year.


Zechariah Warr died May 1st 1869 aged 31 years.


In Memory of Dinah Elizabeth died September 28th 1859 aged 3
months; Philip died September 10th, 1860 [space left for age,
but nothing there], the children of Angus and Catherine Blackler.


In Memory of Joseph, the beloved husband of Rosannah Haydon, who
departed this life August 6th 1870, in the 73rd year of his age.


In Memory of Martha Blackler who died December 1st, 1877, aged 80 years.


To the Memory of James Blackler, born at Exeter in Devonshire
England A.D. 1796, Died July 21st, 1875 aged 79.


Sacred to the Memory of William C. Talbot died November 4th, 1872,
aged 46 years; Also Andrew Lunnen, died July 17th 1874 aged 26 years.
[This stone was on a flat headstone laid over a brick tomb which
rose about a foot off of the ground.  It was the only one like this
in the entire cemetary.]


In Memory of Alfred, son of Charles and Maria Mursel [date broken off].


Sacred to the Memory of Samuel Colbourne, who departed this life
October 18th, 1859 aged 44 years.


In Memory of Joseph Colbourne Roberts died August 6th, 1860, aged
3 years and 9 mos., also Joseph Roberts died October 16th, 1861.

Sacred to the Memory of James Roberts, who departed this life
November 4th 1868, aged 75 years.

In Memory of Joseph, the beloved son of Robert and Rachel Jelard,
died March 16th, 1878, aged 20 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Mary Ann Strong, wife to Samuel Strong who
departed this life in the 27th year of her age.  [This stone had
no legible date on it, but appeared very old.]

Edward, the beloved husband of Mary Britt died April 7th, 1870 [? could
be 1878], aged 66 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Louisa Colbourne who died May 1867 (?) aged 17 years.

In Memory of John Colborne Junr. who was drowned in Green Bay during
a snow storm the Night of the 28th of November 1858 aged 40 years.

In Memory of Elizabeth Chinn died April 4th 1861 aged 33 years.

In Memory of Jean, the beloved wife of Thomas Manuel, died
November 15th 1862, aged 52 years; also their son Alfred, died
at sea August 15th 1862, aged 25 years.

In Memory of Susan Haydon, who departed this life February 5th,
1866 aged 31 years.

In Memory of William Lethbridge died July 15, 1868 aged 7 months.

In Memory of Mary Lethbridge died November 23, 1874, aged 1 hour;
Harry Lethbridge died July 24, 1879 aged 3 ½ years, Harry Lethbridge
died August 2nd 1883 aged 5 months.  [The above two stones were
very expensive looking and were surrounded by a very sturdy wrought
iron fence, one of the few in the cemetery.]

Sacred to the Memory of William Archibald Stirling, surgeon,
who died at Twillingate August 13th 1858, aged 72 years.

In Memory of Eleanor E. Peyton died March 1, 1864 aged 21 years;
also Georgina Peyton died March 23rd 1864 aged 10 years.

In Memory of Ann Newman who died June 13, 1875 aged 67 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Samuel Drake who departed this life February
the 7th 1829 aged 37 years.

In Memory of Luke Cook died November 18th 1843 aged 37 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Elizabeth White Dowell who departed this
life November 15th 1855 aged 25 years; also William, son of the
above, August 22, 1854 aged 5 months.

In Memory of Hannah, the wife of Samuel Lacey died September 22, 1852
aged 42 years.

In Memory of Samuel Lacey, a native of Dorset, who died November 22nd,
1889 aged 88 years.

In Memory of Thomas Collis who was born at Bucknowle, in the County
of Dorset, England and departed this life in the 20th of May 1825,
aged 54 years.

In Memory of John Farewell who departed this life October 16th 1825
aged 55 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Jas. Pride son of John and Mary Pride,
died January 8, 1850, aged 31 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Absalom Purchase who died January 28th 1896, aged 71.

Erected by William Purchase in Memory of his beloved sister Elizabeth
who died December 31st 1881 aged 45 years.

Sacred to the Memory of John Purchase who died February 14th 1865
aged 67 years; also of Elizabeth Purchase died February 26 1865
aged 61 years. [Each of the Purchase headstones had flowers in
front of it.  These were the only stones in the cemetery with flowers.]

Sacred to the Memory of Martha, the beloved wife of Henry Taylor,
November 18th 1879 aged 32 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Sarah B. Taylor who died April 3, 1893 aged 55 years.

Sacred to the Memory of Charlotte L. Pearce who departed this life
the 1st day of August 1863 in the 54th year of her age.

Sacred to the Memory of Ann Pearce, a native of Piddletown, Dorsetshire
who departed this life the 23rd day of March, 1852, in the 74th year
of her age.

In Memory of W. Daw Pearce drown'd the 31st of May 1866 aged 28 years.

In Memory of Alexander Guy who died June 20, 1862 aged 70 years.

In Memory of John Elliott died March 23rd 1852 aged 50 years; also
his wife Ann, died May 2nd 1860 aged 63 years.

In Memory of George Maidment died [illegible] 1862 aged 23 years
