Morry Graves

This is a photo taken in 1969 showing the location of headstones in the fenced Morry family plot (and possibly one other individual).

1/. It appears headstone #5a, mostly hidden by brush, was close to the cemetery's western fence (over the left corner of the white headstone).

2/. It appears headstone #5b was also close to the cemetery fence, surrounded by some weeds/brush (over the right corner of the white headstone). Its looks like there may be yet another headstone to the right of #5b, partially hidden by the fence post in the foreground. If so, it is likely to be headstone #7 (John Steer). He was not a member of the Morry family but was likely enclosed by virtue of the fact that the Morry plot fencing ran on, interconnecting with the perimeter fencing along the north boundary of the cemetery.

3/.The headstones in the foreground (left to right - #9, #10, #12, and #14), are all for members of the Morry family.

Contributed by Chris Morry (2018) from the collection of the late Jean (Morry) Funkhouser.
