ERRATA
Patrick's year of death is uncertain since that area of the restored headstone was heavily damaged. Although it was initially believed that the year could be 1848, research indicates that Patrick's name did not appear in the surviving Voter's Lists which started in 1840. His name was documented in 1838 in Ferryland District, so (unless he left the district) it is likely that he died in 1840 before the Voter's List for that year was compiled.
